STORE OPERATOR
This website and store are operated by Wiota LLC under the TREVIC brand. Throughout these terms, “TREVIC,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to Wiota LLC. By visiting the website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies linked from this website.

ONLINE STORE TERMS
You must be legally capable of entering a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You may not use our products or services for an unlawful purpose, violate applicable laws, transmit malicious code, interfere with the website, or misuse another person's information.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

The Shipping Policy and Refund Policy form part of these terms. Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The TREVIC name, website design, text, graphics, photographs and other store content are owned by or licensed to Wiota LLC. They may not be copied, reproduced, sold or commercially exploited without written permission, except where applicable law permits.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party payment, analytics, shipping and support services. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for third-party websites that we do not control.
